1963 Omega Constellation Leased to Mad Men

Description

Here is a 1963 vintage 34.5mm stainless steel Omega Constellation with date aperture in very fine overall condition! The angle-lugged case with Constellation insignia is extremely clean and retains an Omega winding crown. The automatic chronometer-grade 24-jewel caliber 561 movement is accurate and in fine shape. The jet-black pie-pan dial having the original raised steel markers and matching (original) Dauphine pitched hands was expertly restored to perfection. The original Omega case is free of any major dings or scratches. This is the classic Omega Constellation pie-pan that most are seeking, and one of the best you will ever find! This is the actual watch that was used as a stand-in double for Jon Hamm’s Omega De Ville on Mad Men seasons 5 and 6 in the event that the Omega De Ville went missing, or a scene with action may damage the original De Ville during a shoot. I am not sure if it was ever used, but we guarantee we leased this watch to the show for season 5 and 6.
