This Patek Philippe Calatrava ref. 3468 dates to the 1960s and at 33mm seems larger than it looks due to the extremely narrow bezel and ‘mostly dial’ appearance. The original Patek Philippe winding crown is still present. The dial was restored in the past. This watch includes an original 18k gold Patek Philippe buckle and signed authentic Patek Phillipe watch band. The pencil hands are original to this watch. On the wrist, this is a truly elegant and classic vintage watch that continues to climb in value. The caliber 23-300 Patek Philippe manual winding movement is exquisite and accurate after just being cleaned.
