This is a 1950s Gruen Pan-America housed in a 32x39mm steel case with stainless steel screw-back that displays fine overall condition. The two-tone dial displays 24-hour time, making these watches popular with pilots at the time they were introduced. The manual winding and fine Gruen 420SS movement was just cleaned and is accurately keeping time. The dial is completely original, enhanced with diamond minute markers, 24-hour reflective scale, blued steel hands, and red sweep seconds.
