Description
This vintage Royce watch hails from the 1940s and measures a massive 36mm and 41.5mm lug-to-lug in stainless steel. The snap-back case displays very fine condition and sits very slimly on the wrist. The amazingly aged Havana-style (original) Roman-numeral two-tone dial looks absolutely fabulous and features blued steel pencil-style hands and sub-seconds. The hands were re-lumed at some time. These ‘tropically’ aged dials are highly sought after by many collectors. The 15-jewel manual winding movement is of fine quality and was just cleaned and is accurate. This is a large-looking watch due to the narrow bezel and provides much wrist coverage.
