Description
This vintage watch made by Crown U.S.A. is an example of one of the first wristwatches produced in the early 1900s. The movement, case, and original porcelain dial are all signed. The original blued steel hands are present. We just had the Crown movement cleaned and it is accurate. There is an uncommon regulating screw on this movement as well. Notice the position of the lugs, providing an offset look to the watch when worn on the wrist. The gold-filled case with original onion crown is without wear and measures 32.5mm across. This is a very uncommon and fine example of an early and great-looking wristwatch.
