This vintage, military MIMO SWISS MADE watch saw WW2! This particular watch was produced for the GERMAN military in 1940-1942. The 35mm. screw back case on this watch is without major dings. These cases are sleek and slender-they truly look fantastic to wear on the wrist! They also look larger, due to the large dial and narrow, polished bezel. The manual winding MIMO movements are of fine quality and was produced by GIRARD PERREGAUX. This one just cleaned and accurate. The original dial on this MIMO is all original, having radium markers and matching hands, large sub-seconds and gold gilt print. ! Interestingly, MIMO watch company (girard Perregaux) ordered their military service watches "smashed after WW2" many witnesses recorded destroying these watches. This was done to not flood the market, thus retaining MIMO'S status as a fine watchmaker. Who knows how many remain? These are rare and highly collectable.

NEW!

This vintage,1960's ZODIAC AEROSPACE JET HERMETIC watch is quite uncommon! This is a true 24 hour military dial, where the hands only go around ONCE in a 24 hour period. This watch also has a hacking seconds when the crown is pulled out, similar to a Glycine Airman. The stainless steel (signed ZODIAC) case measures 34mm. across and has a "snap"(hermetic) back. The original, signed ZODIAC winding crown is still present. The dial is very striking and unique-"roulette" style black and red with seconds register and radium, pencil hands. The dial is extremely attractive and really "pops" on the wrist! The manual winding (quality) caliber 721 movement was recently cleaned and is keeping time. The watch has some usual (minor) scratches on the case from normal use. This is an uncoomon vintage watch. Only $995,

Look at this all original and very hard to find GEMAN MILITARY HANHART FLIEGER pilot's chronograph measuring a hefty 39mm. and a thick 22.5mm in a nickel over brass case. This version of the watch dated between about 1942-46 and was supplied to French and German forces. This watch retains German markings on the case back.. The rotating coin edge bezel is original. In fact, this is a prime original example all around, including the dial, hands and movement-never refinished anywhere! The original dial is the cleanest we have ever seen. All the luminous on the hands and dial is still intact. The manual winding caliber 15 flyback movement made by HANHART was just cleaned and is accurate. The chrono hand sometimes returns VERY slightly to the right or left of 12...VERY slight. My watchmaker said there is some slight play there-not really noticeable, but I will mention. These FLIGER chronographs are very large watches-hefty and eye grabbing on the wrist! The case is really quite excellent considering the age and the fact these cases to wear from extended use. Keep in mind, my close-up picture show more wear than is evident with the naked eye. A thick leather military style band is installed to complete the look. This is a prime and original example that is a must-to-have in any military collection. Only $3395.

This vintage, all original and correct 1942 ROLEX AVIATORS watch named the "ROLEX SKYROCKET" was produced for Canadian soldiers going overseas in WW2 and was marketed towards fighter pilots. The original, and very clean 29.5mm. gold plated case with original dust proof winding crown, stepped bezel, made by ID case company for ROLEX is in very fine condition after an expensive re-plating. Many of these contract cases made by ID and PIONEER were NOT signed ROLEX, as ROLEX commissioned ID an PIONEER case company to produce their cases in CANADA to circumvent import duties. These ROLEX SKYROCKET watches were ALL small in stature, so, please don't buy it if you don't want a smaller sized watch. They were likely made smaller do reduce the chance of damaging them. The original dial on this SKYROCKET has very mild and usual ageing, lending to its' authenticity and vintage appeal. Notice the red, 24 hour register, original, radium, blued steel hands and sweep-seconds. The manual winding caliber 59 ROLEX movement (correctly signed ROLEX under the dial) is sparkling and keeping accurate time after a recent cleaning by our watchmaker. We simply are not seeing these watches appear as of late. Most ROLEX SKYROCKET dials have been refinished, which greatly reduces their value. Only $1595.

The uncommon 1970's GLYCINE AIRMAN SST vintage Pliot's watch was one of many Jet aviator's premier choices! These SST watches are rarer than the earlier Glycine Airman models. This watch allows the owner to keep time in two different time zones. The hands only rotate once a day and display military time. These watches are huge in size, measuring a massive 42mm. across. The correct GLYCINE AIRMAN SST bracelet was used on this last issue of the watches. These bracelets were unsigned, but we guarantee this one to be correct. The early bracelet versions were signed. The two tone (A.M.-P.M.) dial is original as are the hands and liminous. The case is in spectacular, original and unpolished shape with all serial numbers clear and is without any major dings. There are some minor scratch marks-fewer than we have ever seen on an all original SST. The movement was not cleaned by us, but is keeping very accurate time with the (pull out crown) hacking function working perfectly. Both the winding crown and inner rotating bezel setting crown are original. The original birch wood box (with a piece of wood on the ridge missing-still closes and looks fine) is rare to find and included with this watch. Notice the original price tag on the box and the Aircraft component company sticker! The glycine Airman SST was used by many Jet pilots throughout the world, due to its'easy-to-read dial and handsome looks. Only $1995.

The 37mm. gold filled with stainless steel screw back (original) case is in very fine overall condition. A real stunning example!
