This
is very rare WW2 ROLEX nurses' watch circa 1942! This gold plated with stainless steel back ROLEX watch was marketed towards military personnel going overseas from Canada and was also sold in Britain during WW2. This dial has beautifully "suntanned" over the years whilst retaining all the printing and vibrant red medical insignia. The original red sweep seconds hand and gold Dauphine hands are also intact. The original dustproof crown is also present. These ROLEX watches were housed in CANADA to circumvent import duties, so, these cases were often unsigned, but are completely correct and original. This fine quality, signed, ROLEX movement was just cleaned by our watchmaker and is accurate. This watch measures 23.5mm. across, in shimmering gold plate, with stainless steel screw back. We are simply NOT finding these vintage ROLEX nurses' watches. Only $1395

is a fine, solid,14k. white gold 1930's vintage
GRUEN watch for ladies! The solid, white gold case is enhanced with hand carved filigree and two authentic, glistening diamonds and measures 11x24.5mm. This vintage, early 1930's PLATINUM and diamond cocktail watch certainly exhibits an Art Deco appearance! The deco dial is original and retains the original blued steel hands. Even though this is a small and dainty cocktail watch, the solid platinum case feels rather heavy. Platinum is the most expensive of precious metals and the most costly and difficult to work with; due to it's extremely high melting temperature of 3224 Degrees Fahrenheit. These diamonds sparkle!
