This 1970's WALTHAM direct read chronograph is a very uncommon watch to find. The 38.5mm. gold plated case is without any major dings or scratches-very clean.  The original dial with "V" pattern black section that encompasses the time of day in a digital/direct read method and date, with 60 minute chronograph register.  the white chronograph hand tracks the seconds.  The automatic winding movement was just cleaned and is accurately keeping time.  If you are seeking a watch others will have never seen-here it is.
