This vintage, all original and correct reference 15505 ROLEX OYSTER PERPETUAL DATE is ALL heavily gold plated and is without wear. This watch was produced in 1983. It is uncommon to find these watches in such clean condition, as normally they are worn and beaten. This gold plated case and original heavy OYSTER bracelet are all very fine and without major scratches. The entire bracelet and watch are heavily gold plated at the ROLEX factory. It is interesting to mention that these ROLEX watches have a special and heavy OYSTER BRACELET with solid end-pieces similar to the ROLEX president. The 3035 movement with quickset date feature was just cleaned and is accurate. The original gold dial and matching handset are pristine. This is an inexpensive way to purchase a ROLEX that truly looks solid gold! These are uncommon watches and usually we find they get snapped up by collectors FAST. This watch will fit an average to smaller wrist of 6.5 inches only.
