Here is a vintage 1950's GRUEN having flexible lugs and measuring an elongated 44mm. with lugs out-stretched. The case itself (without lugs) is 20x35mm. With the naked eye, this gold filled case looks fantastic and is void of any major dings or scratches. There is usual wear on the rear edges and very minor brassing on lug edges, that again; is only visible in the close-up pictures. You will see what I mean...tis watch looks fantastic! We had the dial expertly refinished to perfection; whilst maintaining the raised, Breguet gold tone numerals and sword style hands. The GRUEN manual winding sub-second movement was recently cleaned and is keeping accurate time. Notice the ridged bezel where the hinged lugs attach. When wearing you will notice this vintage GRUEN is truly elegant and commands attention due to its' bold stature as it spreads across the wrist. Hinged lug GRUENS are uncommon.
