The stainless steel case measuring 36.5mm. across with turning bezel is scratchless and very fine! The Chronomat was promoted as a watch for engineers, mathmeticians, scientists; along with being able to perform regular timing and more complicated financial calculations. The caliber 175 by VENUS sparkles and is running perfectly; with all functions operating like silk after a recent clean and overhaul. This is the finest looking and completely original dial and turning bezel insert we have EVER owned for a CHRONOMAT. It is in near mint condition...WOW! This is a collector's dream CHRONOMAT that will only increase in value as they are quite desirous and hard to obtain. You will have a VERY hard time finding an original, cleaner example anywhere.
